Located just steps from the hotel elevators, it's hard to imagine a more convenient place to grab a quick meal before calling it a night or fueling up before heading out for the day.

The restaurant has the feel of a classic New York slice shop: casual, efficient, and always moving. Throughout my visit, fresh pizzas were constantly coming out of the oven, which not only kept the slices looking appetizing but also reassured me that nothing had been sitting around too long.

One thing that stood out was how friendly and patient the staff was. Virgin Hotels serves as the host hotel for EDC Las Vegas, so I can only imagine the wide variety of guests they encounter throughout the day and into the early morning hours. They stay upbeat, answered questions, and made sure everyone received exactly what they ordered despite the steady flow of customers.

Pizza Forte offers much more than pizza, although that's clearly the star of the show. You can order a whole pie or simply grab a slice, making it an easy option whether you're dining solo or feeding a group. The menu also includes Italian-American favorites, salads, desserts, and breakfast items, making it useful well beyond the late-night crowd.

I kept it simple with a slice of pizza and a salad, and both hit the spot. The pizza had the foldable New York-style crust you'd hope for, while the salad tasted fresh and made for a nice balance after a weekend of indulgent Vegas dining. It's the kind of straightforward, satisfying meal that's exactly what you want when convenience is just as important as quality.

Pizza Forte isn't trying to reinvent pizza, and it doesn't need to. It succeeds by doing the fundamentals well: fresh slices, friendly service, reasonable variety, and one of the most convenient locations inside Virgin Hotels Las Vegas. Whether you're looking for a late-night bite after a show, something quick before heading to the airport, or an easy breakfast to start your day, it's a reliable choice.
